SYNOPSIS
After a big quarrel Franziska breaks contact with her neighbouring parents and starts focusing on her self-catering farm to finally feel independent.
But as the winter arrives and the calving of her pregnant cow Mia draws closer, loneliness and a longing for warmth and family grow. A story about cutting the umbilical cord.
